Parking Utility

The Parking Utility maintains approximately 2000 public parking spaces in Downtown Fond du Lac, including two convenient parking ramps with metered spaces and permit parking. Visitors to downtown can park for free on Main Street, with a two hour limit. Parking limits are enforced Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for metered parking, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for Main Street. Parking is free throughout the downtown on evenings and weekends.

Downtown business owners, employees and frequent visitors find parking permits to be cost-effective and convenient. Permits can be purchased at the Central Collections Office located on the first floor of the City-County Government Center at 160 South Macy Street or by calling (920) 322-3460.
