CST, Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Manager\u2019s Conference Room, 4th Floor of the CCGC. The project quantities include but are not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work:
\nSCOPE OF WORK
\n\u2022 General Contractor to complete:
\no Renovations and construction of north atriums.
\n\u2022 Mandatory pre-bid walkthrough scheduled for Wednesday, July 1st at 8:00 A.M. CST. Interested bidders must sign up in advance for the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough.<\/p>\n

The Fond du Lac WTRRF located at 700 Doty St. is requesting proposals from qualified electrical service contractors to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, and testing services for medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical equipment, including metal-clad switchgear, switchboards, protective relays, power circuit breakers, instrument transformers, and related components. Any Contract or Contracts to be awarded are expected to be funded with assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Safe Drinking Water Loan Program and is subject to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Women\u2019s and Minority-owned businesses, are encouraged to submit Bids for this Project. This Project will be designated as federal equivalency.<\/p>\n

Bidders must demonstrate positive efforts to utilize DBEs. Failure to comply could result in disqualification of Bidder and termination of financial assistance or other sanctions. The successful Bidder will be required to conform to the wage requirements prescribed by the federal Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.<\/p>\n

This Project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (\u201cIIJA\u201d), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this Project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget\u2019s Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
