NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received in the City Administrative Office at the City\/County Government Center (CCGC), 160 South Macy Street, P.O. The project quantities includes but are not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work:<\/p>\n

SCOPE OF WORK
\nThe project consists of creating a more distinctive gateway into the city as individuals are entering the city from I-41 at the roundabouts at Hickory Street and Military Road. The project includes the demolition or removal of the existing landscaping and installation of the landscaping, architectural features, lighting and signage as outlined in the bid documents.<\/p>\n
