City of Fond du Lac employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees\u2019 immediate family members, etc., are ineligible to participate in the contest\/giveaway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Sponsorship <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>City of Fond du Lac<\/p>\n<p>160 S Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Agreement to Rules<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the Official Rules and decisions. The City of Fond du Lac reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at the City\u2019s discretion. Giveaway drawings are final.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Entry Period <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Entries are accepted to be entered into the giveaway from the date of giveaway Facebook posting through March 31 at 11:59PM CT.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> How to Enter <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To enter the giveaway, an eligible entrant (see 1. Eligibility) will \u201ccomment\u201d and photo including their registered pet that is registered to the City of Fond du Lac. The photo must include (1) registered pet and (2) City of Fond du Lac pet registration tag. One entry allowed per person. One entry allowed per pet. (i.e. two pet owners may not enter their one pet two times.) No bonus entries will be allowed. Fond du Lac\u00a0 Explain the accepted methods for entering your contest or giveaway. Any fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the City of Fond du Lac invalidating a participant\u2019s entries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Prizes <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>First drawn will receive a $25 gift card to Envision Greater FDL Gift Certificate and a reimbursement on their pet registration fee (value: maximum $35), and second drawn will receive a $10 gift certificate to Envision Greater FDL. These prizes are non-transferable.<\/p>\n<p>Acceptance of the prize grants The City of Fond du Lac permission to use the Winner\u2019s photo entry, first name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Odds <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Selection and Notification of the Winner <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The winner will be selected in a random draw of eligible entrants under the supervision of multiple employees of The City of Fond du Lac. Winners will be notified the first week of April 2023 and will be notified via Facebook or Facebook Messenger.\u00a0 Winners must claim the prize within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.\u00a0 The City of Fond du Lac isn\u2019t liable for the winner\u2019s failure to receive notification<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Rights <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The City of Fond du Lac reserves the right to use participants\u2019 photo submission for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration. Entries must be original photos and not violate anyone\u2019s proprietary or intellectual property rights, which would result in forfeiting the giveaway.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Terms &amp; Conditions <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The City of Fond du Lac may modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the giveaway should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond The City\u2019s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest\/giveaway.
