Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, until 2:00 P.M. CST, Friday, December 15<sup>th<\/sup>, 2023.\u00a0 The project quantities includes but are not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work:<\/p>\n<p><u>SCOPE OF WORK<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is soliciting proposal for services to provide locating and marking of underground facilities. \u00a0Upon receipt and review of the proposals, the City intends to enter into an exclusive contractual agreement for such services, and have accurate utility marking completed in response to all <em>One-Call Notification Systems<\/em>. \u00a0The current <em>One-Call Notification System<\/em> operating in the City of Fond du Lac is <strong>Diggers Hotline, Inc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Complete digital Proposal documents are available at www.demandstar.com.<\/p>\n<p>All Proposals shall be prepared on the Proposal forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O.
