Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, until 3:00 P.M. CST, Thursday, March 12th, 2026. The project quantities includes but are not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work:<\/p>\n<p>SCOPE OF WORK<br \/>\nContractors will be performing insecticide injection treatments on ash trees (Fraxinus spp) located on the City\u2019s Right-of-Way and\/or private property.<\/p>\n<p>Complete digital documents are available only at www.demandstar.com.<\/p>\n<p>All quotes shall be prepared on the forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Quotes may not be delivered by facsimile transmission or other telecommunication or electronic means. Each quote\u2019s outermost envelope shall be properly identified on the face thereof \u201cQUOTE FOR EMERALD ASH<br \/>\nBORER TREATMENT, NO. 2026-040\u201d. No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty days after the opening of said quotes, without the consent of the Procurement Administrator. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all quotes on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City.
