ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS<\/strong><\/p>\n REHABILITATION WORK AT<\/strong><\/p>\n 437 Russell Street <\/strong><\/p>\n Fond du Lac<\/strong><\/p>\n Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin (RDA)<\/strong><\/p>\n NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN<\/strong> that sealed bids will be received in the Comptroller Department, City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54936-0150, until 10:00 A.M., C.S.T., on Thursday September 2, 2021 at which time bid will be publicly opened and read for the following work:<\/p>\n The rehabilitation of a single-family house located at 437 Russell St, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to include a bid by a general contractor or sub-contractors for the following listed items and more:<\/p>\n Selective interior demolition. The specifications and contract documents may be obtained from the Community Development Department Office, 160 South Macy Street, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54936-0150.\u00a0 Questions regarding the specifications and bidding process can be directed to Pat Mildebrandt, Rehabilitation Specialist at 920-322-3446.<\/p>\n All bids shall be prepared on the forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to Comptroller Department, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.\u00a0 The bid envelope shall be properly identified on the face there as 437 Russell Street.\u00a0 No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after opening of said bids, without the consent of the Community Development Director.\u00a0 The City of Fond du Lac Redevelopment Authority may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason.\u00a0 The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the RDA.\u00a0 The RDA also reserves the right to waive any abnormalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the RDA.<\/p>\n W\/MBE and Section 3 bids are encouraged.<\/p>\n Published by authority of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, on August 15, 2021 and August 22, 2021.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
