The City of Fond du Lac is a member of Lakeside Municipal Court. Lakeside Municipal Court presides over all municipal citations issued by the City of Fond du Lac Police Department, Building Inspections, and other City departments. Municipal citation appeals are heard by Fond du Lac County Circuit Court.<\/p>\n

Municipal Court Hearing Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n

City of Fond du Lac Initial Appearances and Court Trials take place at the City\/County Government Building, 160 South Macy Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935 in the Legislative Chambers on 1st<\/sup> Floor. To determine when your court date and time is, look in the left upper corner of your citation.<\/p>\n

High School and Middle School Citations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Juvenile citations that were issued by a City of Fond du Lac School Resource Officer are heard by Lakeside Municipal Court at 85 Morningside Drive, Fond du Lac, WI.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Entering A Plea<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You may enter a plea to your citation in person during your scheduled Initial Appearance date. To enter a plea to your municipal citation in writing, please fill out the\u00a0Plea Form <\/strong><\/a>and return it to Lakeside Municipal Court\u00a0before your hearing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Failure to timely return your Plea Form or appear in person on your hearing date will result in Lakeside Municipal Court issuing a default judgment.<\/p>\n<\/div>
