For owner-occupied properties, the owner (s) must reside in the home on a permanent year round basis and hold title to the property. Gross income limits apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><b>Loan Repayment<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>For owner-occupied homes the loan amount is placed as an additional mortgage on the property and recorded with the Register of Deeds. The loan is repaid (no interest) when the owner(s) sell, transfer, lease or vacate the home.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligible Property Improvements<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Lead paint hazards<br \/>\n\u2022 Electrical<br
