The City is working with MSA Professional Services to prepare a strategic and concise Riverfront Plan to create the path for developing and improving the river as an aesthetic and recreational amenity in the downtown.\u00a0 The effort will address infrastructure investments related to watershed and river improvements, including aesthetics; trail connectivity and access to the river. The planning process will include public engagement at various points in the development of the plan; exploring environmental and ecological aspects of the river that may impact plan recommendations and implementation; consideration of site limitations along the planning area and evaluating possibility amenities or developments to enhance the riverfront experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>
