Community Development staff provides information and guidance regarding local zoning and land use laws, long range planning, floodplain development, land divisions, downtown design, site plan review and development-related issues.  The Department reviews and processes requests for variances, downtown design, special use permits, rezoning, annexation, certified survey maps, plats, code amendments, and other discretionary approvals.


The municipal code includes chapters for zoning, subdivision, floodplain and historic preservation. The code is a searchable document; a link is provided below. Please contact the Community Development Department at (920) 322-3440 with questions.
