Reservations are accepted for three years at a time (the current year and the next two years). All City Parks are heavily used and all shelters are generally booked every weekend during the summer. In order to reserve the shelter of your choice, it is often advisable to book a year ahead.
Reservations can be made at the City Payments office on the first floor of the City-County Government Center located at 160 South Macy Street. All fees are required at the time the reservation is made. Payment can be made with CASH, CHECK, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or MONEY ORDER
