Fond du Lac Waterworks relocated its bulk water fill station and modified its procedure for obtaining bulk water in 2021.\u00a0 The fill station is now located at the Water Utility’s booster station located at 93 N Macy Street<\/span>. This building is located directly across from the Water Business Office located at 109 N Macy Street.\u00a0 The fill pipe is located on the north side of the booster station, near the west corner of the building (Notated on Map).<\/p>\n

Please enter the Water Utility\u2019s parking lot off North Macy Street and exit via West Rees Street. A Service charge of $50.00 and a charge for the volume of water used shall be billed to the party using the water monthly. The volumetric charge shall be calculated using the highest volumetric rate for residential customers under Schedule Mg-1.<\/p>\n

Bulk Water Station Operating Hours<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

November 14th, 2025 through April 12th, 2026: Off Season (*Weather Dependent)<\/b><\/p>\n

Fill Station will be available to contractors Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00pm only, closed holidays<\/p>\n


\nApril 13th, 2026 through November 15th, 2026: Construction Season (*Weather Dependent)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fill Station will be available to contractors 24 hours\/day, 7 days\/week<\/p>\n

*These dates are weather dependent (if temperatures are 32F or below, bulk water line will be drained and closed after hours<\/span><\/p>\n

Bulk Water Purchase Agreement<\/u><\/em> Forms<\/em><\/u> are available online and inside the Water Business Office Lobby.<\/p>\n

If filling occurs during normal business hours 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, please stop in the office before leaving the premises to report your fill quantity.<\/p>\n
