Information Regarding the Return of Evidence and Property in the Custody of the Fond du Lac Police Department
It is required that you have a scheduled appointment with a Property and Evidence Control Unit Clerk to pick up found property, safekeeping property, seized items, and evidence items from the Fond du Lac Police Department.
To schedule an appointment for the return of items that are found property or safekeeping property, or to inquire about lost property, please call the following numbers between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm. (Monday – Friday).

Once an appointment has been scheduled with a Property and Evidence Control Unit Clerk, you may obtain your property or evidence.
You must have a Photo ID or be able to provide sufficient information or documents to prove your identity and to claim your property or evidence.
