NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received in the City Administrative Office at the City/County Government Center (CCGC), 160 South Macy Street, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, or via online/email until 12:00 P.M. CST, Thursday, January 9th, 2025. The project includes but is not limited to the following described approximate quantities of work:
SCOPE OF WORK
With this Request for Proposals (RFP) the City of Fond du Lac desires to purchase or otherwise acquire rights to use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) that meets the requirements identified in this RFP. Fond du Lac requires that any proposal for an ERP also include professional services necessary to implement the system.
All proposals shall be prepared on the forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, submitted through DemandStar, or by emailing cfails@fdl.wi.gov with the subject line “PROPOSAL FOR 2024-121.” No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of (180) one hundred eighty days after the opening of said proposals, without the consent of the Deputy Procurement Officer. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all proposals on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in proposals, and to select the proposal that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City.
