SCOPE OF WORK
The City of Fond du Lac is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of labor, services, materials, and equipment for the construction of a proposed rooftop photovoltaic system.

The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. No bid will be opened unless the “Bidder’s Proof of Responsibility” for 2024 is filed and approved at least (5) five days before the scheduled time for opening of bids. Time and Place of Bid Opening: Sealed proposals will be received at the City Administrative Offices, on the fourth floor of the Fond du Lac City County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, until 2:00 PM CST, on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Prepare proposals on the proposal forms provided in the specifications. Submit proposals in person or by mail addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, 54936-0150. Identify “SEALED BID – 2024 MARQUETTE ST & REES ST RECONSTRUCTION” on the face of each proposal envelope.
