The Program involves the transportation, storage, and disposition of EPA-designated Class A Exceptional Quality (EQ) dried biosolids produced at the Fond du Lac Regional Wastewater Treatment & Resource Recovery Facility (WTRRF).

• Includes the undertaking and coordination of all activities required to sell the environmental attribute to a transportation end user and generate, document, register, market, and monetize the Renewable Fuel Standards (RFS) Program’s renewable identification numbers (RINs), potential low carbon fuel standard (LCFS) credits, or any other credits that are/may be available as achieved by the project.

The scope of this contract is to provide Solid Waste Disposal Services for the City of Fond du Lac. Included in the proposal is an alternate proposal item for curbside collection and disposal.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, or bank draft, payable to the City of Fond du Lac, or satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the gross bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted as the successful bid, such successful bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and performance bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract.
