2020 Brooke Street Corridor Request for Proposals – Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac
The Redevelopment Authority desires to further economic development and reinvestment in the River Park neighborhood and the Brooke Street Corridor. The development opportunity includes two (2) buildings that can be considered either as a phased project or two (2) separate development projects.
Developers may contact Dyann Benson, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority/Community Development Director to schedule and appointment to walk through the buildings. Appointments will be scheduled between Wednesday September 23, 2020 through Wednesday October 14, 2020 between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
Proposals are due by 3:00pm on Monday, October 19, 2020.

The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac is currently accepting proposals for rehabilitation work at 35 W 9th St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. The rehabilitation of the single-family home will include: gutters, windows, interior and exterior doors, cabinets and countertops, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, HVAC, insulation, front porch replacement, and garage demo and rebuild.
