Fond du Lac Public Library’s Design Lab team is looking for a Design Lab Assistant 1 to oversee a variety of marketing, administrative, and data management tasks for the 2021-2026 STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) Ecosystem Expansion Demonstration Project (SEED Project), funded by the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Assistance for Arts Education (AAE) grant and administered by Dramatic Results, a non-profit educational arts agency. The goal of the project is to develop communities’ capacity to create and sustain high-quality, engaging, and equitable STEAM programs for underrepresented students in an effort to build arts-integrated educational pathways to a more diverse creative workforce, with project sites located in California, Maryland and Wisconsin.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive and organized team member who enjoys working with people and can manage multifaceted projects. We are looking for someone who has experience in marketing, education, and/or program development and is comfortable taking initiative!

Notes:
Occasional travel out of state for training and conferences may be required. This LTE position is dependent on the expected 5-year continuation of federal funding. Work is hybrid-remote (mix of required onsite programs, meetings, and other duties, and remote work hours with some flexibility).

This position is part-time (19.5 hours/week) and includes evenings and weekends.
