Must be enrolled in Paperless/eBill and the online web self-service portal (MyAccount) as of September 30th, 2025 to qualify. New enrollees must complete signup between August 20th, 2025 and September 30th, 2025. Limit one entry per account. Five winners will be selected at random and notified via email or phone.
