NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received in the City Administrative Office at the City/County Government Center (CCGC), 160 South Macy Street, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, until 3:00 P.M. CST, Monday, March 9th, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Manager’s Conference Room, 4th Floor of the CCGC. All bids shall be prepared on the bid forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto, and shall be addressed to City of Fond du Lac, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Contractors are expected to construct and erect a Poligon Pavilion and surrounding structures according to the specifications and drawings of this bid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received in the Comptroller Department, City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, P.O. Box 150, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54936-0150, until 2:30 P.M., C.S.T., on Wednesday February 26, 2026 at which time bid will be publicly opened and read for the following work:

The rehabilitation of a single-family house located at 437 Forest Avenue, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to include a bid by a general contractor and/or sub-contractors for the following listed items and more:

Exterior siding, roofing, metal work, front and rear porch replacement, interior finishing which includes; new kitchen and bathrooms cabinetry and fixtures, some drywall and finish work, painting, all new flooring, new interior/exterior doors, interior trim work, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Project includes construction of new garage and concrete flatwork.
